Bigla akong nalungkot nang malaman ko na disbanded na pala ang hale..
sayang pero may bagong album na si champ at solo na sya.name ng album "Synergy"
kalungkot talaga noh pero ganun talaga ang buhay..sana wala silang tampuhan..kasi sa hale sila nagsimula at sumikat din sila ng matagal na taon at marami silang napaligaya at nakarelate sa mga kanta nila..

MANILA, Philippines - Champ Lui Pio is ready to kick off his solo career six years after he and other Hale members made waves with the songs "The Day You Say Goodnight," "Kung Wala Ka" and "Broken Sonnet."

Champ is set to release his solo album "Synergy" on Nov. 8 under PolyEast Records. The album was recorded during a three-month break from the rock scene and was heavily inspired by his love of bands such as Coldplay.

"After six years...I have to let myself explore my boundaries," he says.

The 10 tracks in "Synergy" consist of various elements from soul (Julianne Tarroja), to punk (Chris Padilla of Hilera), to folk (Noel Cabangon), to rock (Chito Miranda of Parokya ni Edgar), and rap (Gloc-9) with Monty Macalino of Mayonnaise, Ferdie Marquez and Angee Rozul as co-producers.
